Refund & Exchange Policy – Blanc Theory

If you wish to exchange an item for a different size or a different product, please contact us within 3 days of delivery at blanctheoryclothing@gmail.com. We will arrange a return pickup for your order.

Note: Return shipping charges will be borne by the customer.

Exchanges Are Processed Only If

  • The exchange is for the same order value or a higher amount
  • Once the returned item is received and passes quality checks, the new item will be dispatched within 2 working days

Conditions for Exchange

  • The product must be unused, unwashed, and have all original tags intact
  • Products without tags will not be accepted and will be returned to the customer
  • Only one exchange per order is allowed
  • Exchange coupon codes are valid for one-time use only
  • Products purchased at original price cannot be exchanged for items available at a discounted price during sales
  • Customers cannot claim a price difference if the product goes on sale later
  • All exchanges are subject to stock availability

Returns

We do not accept returns under any circumstances.

Please read the product description carefully and ensure size, fit, material, and color before placing your order.

Damaged Products

If you receive a damaged item, we sincerely apologize. Please share:

  • Clear photos and a video showing the damage
  • Email them to blanctheoryclothing@gmail.com

Once verified, we will issue an exchange for the same item.

Empty Package Claims

 

All parcels are weighed and verified before dispatch.

Empty package claims will not be accepted and will be treated as false claims. Such requests will be automatically rejected.

 

 

 

Refunds

 

We do not offer refunds.

In case of a genuine issue, a store credit may be provided after the returned product is received and approved.

Partial COD Orders

If you opt for Partial COD and refuse the order at delivery, the prepaid amount is non-refundable.

However, we do allow free reshipping of the same order upon request.

 

Order Cancellation

 

Once an order is placed, it cannot be canceled.

If you have ordered the wrong size, you may email us at blanctheoryclothing@gmail.com within 1 hour of placing the order, and we will try to update it.
